An NRL story released today announced that Kyle Turner is back in training with South Sydney after his nasty neck injury and surgery earlier this year.

2014 was a year of ups and downs for former Coonabarabran Unicorn Kyle with 5 concussions and being a member of the winning grand final team. His selection in the Indigenous All Stars team led to his neck injury in February where a bulging disk was putting pressure on his spinal cord and had to be removed to ensure no long term and serious damage.

Ky;e’s teammate Adam Reynolds says that he has a few boxes to tick with the South’s doctors, but that the team is happy to see him back training with them and look forward to his playing again soon.

Coonabarabran wishes Kyle a speedy return to first grade with the Rabbitohs.
