Anthony Brain, long term local marriage celebrant and lay preacher for the Uniting Church has been awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in this year’s Australia Day honours list.
Tony received his award for his services to the community of Coonabarabran over a long career of work and volunteerism in areas such as Meals on Wheels and the Coonabarabran Domestic Violence Committee
